Since 2022, iKo solutions has placed its trust in Bricks.ai within the iKo solutions x Bricks.ai project to meet various challenges related to the creation of business materials. Background and challenges of the iKo solutions x Bricks.ai project
The launch of the Bricks.ai x iKo solutions project was done in a particular context and to meet a series of well-defined challenges.
The context
iKo solutions generates numerous commercial proposals every month for the various services it offers. These proposals include information that must be regularly updated, such as the characteristics of the product or solution sheets.
In this context, it was key for iKo solutions to find the sales automation tool adapted to their specific needs.
The stakes
The project led by iKo solutions and Bricks.ai is based on three main objectives:

Increase the efficiency of sales teams by enabling the rapid creation of sales materials;

Guarantee the harmonization and respect of the graphic charter set up by the marketing teams;

Centralize the content and ensure its update in real time.
In short, the project was looking for a platform that would allow sales representatives to be more efficient and productive. In addition, Valentin and his team wanted to have better control over the content they make available.

Project progress
From the start, the project has allowed us to respond to the three aspects mentioned above:
First of all, Valentin centralized the entire iKo solutions offer on the platform. Indeed, he and the marketing team are the source of the content available on the platform. In other words, he created a library that centralizes and organizes all the offers and services in a modular way. This way, employees can build their business proposals from scratch.
In addition, the marketing team has control over the form of the content made available. Indeed, the sales team concentrates on selecting the relevant bricks for their customer, whose graphic characteristics have been validated by marketing. The marketing team's work on the graphic charter is therefore preserved.
Finally, the centralization of updated and charted content allows sales teams to save considerable time. Indeed, the latter simply have to choose the relevant bricks to create their commercial proposals. They can be sure that the output document contains the latest information. It also meets the requirements of marketing in terms of brand image.
Project Results
The implementation of Bricks.ai has been a huge success with employees. As Valentin mentions, "Our sales teams were simply delighted with the deployment.
Sincerely, adopting Bricks has had many positive impacts.
The content creators were trained by Bricks and then, in turn, trained the end users. In this context, the simplicity has been able to drive adoption by sales people.
