Bricks.ai launched a project with a new client in late 2021 to create contracts in Word format. The company is present worldwide in the ranking of leading companies in the field of health technologies.
The latter called on us to facilitate the work of its Contracts team. Indeed, Bricks.ai must accompany them in the creation of their documents for the public and private sectors.
In this context, we welcomed Caroline Henry Manager, within the Public Procurement and Pricing department, and Céline Faria Public Procurement Specialist. They visited us at Station F to share with us the details of the project.
Background and challenges
The context of the Bricks.ai project
Caroline wanted to lighten the workload of her team. Indeed, the team generates many very specific contracts. She also wanted the new employees who joined the department to be quickly operational.
In this context, it was essential for the company to find the right sales automation tool to integrate into the department. The objective was to obtain pre-filled contracts, with up-to-date clauses, while allowing an easy integration of new recruits.
The challenges of the Bricks.ai project
The project conducted in collaboration with Bricks.ai was built around the following 3 objectives:

Save time in the creation of contracts thanks to an efficient and easy-to-use tool;

Centralize the content and in particular the specific clauses related to the various types of contracts;

To allow a rapid increase in skills within the framework of the training of new entrants.
In short, the client was looking for a solution capable of efficiently managing the creation of contracts. This had to be done using up-to-date clauses, validated by Caroline. In addition, the implementation of an ergonomic solution would facilitate the integration of new employees. Thus, the Bricks.ai project would ultimately bring productivity gains to the client.

Bricks.ai project progress
The project addressed the three aspects mentioned above:

First of all, the centralization of content allowed for better management of contracts for the department headed by Caroline. Indeed, she is the source of the content that she regularly updates on the platform. In other words, she has created a library of the latest clauses. Thus, employees can build their contracts from scratch. All they have to do is go to the platform and select the relevant contractual bricks to quickly generate their documents.

In addition, the platform allows monitoring the use of the different bricks. Caroline can therefore identify the most or least popular content and adapt her strategy in real time.

Finally, the ergonomic and easy-to-use interface allows for quick training of employees. In fact, 30-minute training sessions make users completely autonomous. Thus, both old and new users are quickly autonomous on Bricks.ai.
Results of the Bricks.ai project
Bricks has been a huge success with the department's employees:

As Céline tells us, Bricks was able to impose itself in a playful way within the team. The solution brings real added value to the work done in the department. As a result, contracts can now be generated in a few seconds and customized according to the client's needs.
